Diet-ing again

Assalamualaikum.

Aduh rasa nak gelak baca tajuk post. So here I am again, nak diet. This may be the countless attempt to start diet. Cuz i fucked up everytime. Sehari je makan healthy, malam tetiba kawan ajak lepak makan dinner heavy. How laaaa.. Okay maybe bukan sebab kawan pun, aku sendiri selera syaitonirrajim masak beria pastu makan pastu tido. I am a weak bitch i know.

To be frank, I received several comments from guy friends yang cakap I will look hot if i was much slimmer. Am i? Hahahah *gelak tutup mulut* It's not that I want to be slim for a guy. Sebenarnya I memang nak kurus tapi semangat tu takde. Last time lepas break ingatkan ada something to triggered la. Tetapi haram ye anak anak. Lagi aku tak peduli nak kurus adalah. The push factor was not enough to move my ass off. Seriously, I don't know what will?  Maybe kalau ada lelaki masuk meminang pastu set up tarikh hujung tahun next year, then i"ll be serious. Agaknya lah. Eee pening lah malas fikir.

So today, i start dieting again. Baru sudah breakfast overnight oat with mango. Esok khamis so i'll fasting, InshaAllah. But i have a major problem right here. Aku sangat lah tak larat nak bangun pagi. I mean 4 a.m. to cook my brown rice. Kalau masak before tidur, then the rice will eaten at 12 p.m. the next day which is soooo lama. Nanti aku sakit perut tak ke dah jadi kejadian lain pulak -_-.

Aduh macam mana nak kurus niiiii. Stress la mak.

Okay, i want to make a meal plan for the whole week. We'll see if i managed to get through this. I'll update later next week.
